Each piece is made fresh to order, ensuring the highest quality and flavor. If you have any questions or concerns, PLEASE message me so that I may address them before you leave a review.

PRODUCTION TIME:
All of my items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Place your order with plenty of time to spare in case of delays in the postal system.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- These food items are perishable! Cake pops should be consumed within a day or 2 or refrigerated for up to one week until your event. Remove from the refrigerator at least 3 hours prior to the start of your event.
- Keep your items wrapped and packaged until you are ready to consume them.

SHIPPING:
- Orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail (2–3-day service to most domestic destinations).
- You should enroll in shipping updates/alerts to make arrangements to receive your package, so it is not being left outdoor for an extended time.
- I strongly recommend purchasing several cold packs to be shipped with your order if they are being shipped to a warm climate and/or it is spring/summertime.
- Priority mail express is highly recommended.
- I am NOT responsible for any damaged or late orders. If your order arrives late or damaged, please file a claim with USPS. I am not in control of any postal service delays.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
During the summer months I cannot guarantee chocolate & heat sensitive items that are shipped. Even with cold packs, chocolate covered items may still melt.
